Ecco's Sunday Share Returns!

Ecco’s highly anticipated Sunday Share series returns with a look back at the world’s greatest chefs. Each of the family-style dinners will progress through the centuries of brilliant chefs that paved the way for the culinary industry, beginning with ancient chefs and ending the journey with modern masters.

The first Sunday Share will take place on Sunday, March 20, at 6:30 p.m., with a journey back to rediscovery ancient chefs, including a tribute to Pliny the Elder and other ancient chefs of Greece and Rome. While most of the chefs during this primitive time were enslaved and their names typically not recorded, this four-course dinner will be sure to celebrate the foundation each chef laid for the culinary greats to follow. Menu highlights include escargot in olive oil and white wine, Lucania sausage and fermented vegetables, stewed lamb with dried fruits and nuts and sesame-honey fritters.
