Eclectic Bistro & Bar Introduces New Sunday Brunch Menu
New Menu Boasts New Specialties, Appetizers, Entrées and Cocktails
Atlanta - Eclectic Bistro & Bar is opening its doors to offer guests the newest dining experience in Midtown, announcing the launch of brunch starting Sunday, April 12, 2015. The spring menu, created by Chef Justin Caldarella features Contemporary American cuisine with an emphasis on ingredients sourced locally and can be enjoyed in Eclectic’s main dining room or relaxed outdoor patio.
Chef Caldarella has designed a menu that features only the finest and freshest seasonal ingredients. In addition to beloved brunch staples like the 6-cheese Seafood Grits and Eggs Benedict, guests will find offerings that are both innovative and familiar such as the signature Bistro Burger, a half-pound certified angus patty, pecan smoked bacon, provolone, gorgonzola, romaine, red onion, tomato, served with french fries. Other menu items include the Florentine Browns cheesy country potatoes, grilled chicken breast, sun dried tomatoes, pine-nut pesto, goat cheese crumbles.
Guests will also have the opportunity to choose from a vast array of brunch cocktails and daily drink specials, like the organic cucumber bloody mary. $4 mimosas and the delicious Royal Combier Bellini are available to guests that prefer sparkling libations.
