They have the training and experience, including serving as pastry chefs at Murphy’s and Parish, to discuss all things pastry. Participants are in for a treat as they learn Sucre Basics – the classically French base to any tart, and how to prepare a Spiced Apple & Brown Sugar Streusel Tart, Lemon Tart with candied lemon, and Rich Chocolate Tart.
