Experience an entire world of BBQ at your fingertips at the 4th Annual Atlanta BAR‐B‐Q Festival, Atlanta’s largest BBQ Cook Off inside the city limits. There will be food, live entertainment and activities with the picturesque Midtown skyline as the backdrop. The 4th Annual Atlanta BAR‐B‐Q Festival is a celebration of America’s biggest backyard pastime and will showcase the world of BBQ with its many flavors, styles and cooking techniques.
Whether you enjoy Georgia Chicken, Texas Brisket, Memphis Ribs or Carolina Pulled Pork, the Atlanta BAR‐B‐Q Festival is the Crossroads of BAR‐B‐Q. Come and try them all and you may discover a new favorite!
More than 50 BBQ teams from across the country will gather to cook up their best “Q” and compete for cash prizes, highly coveted trophies and the ultimate reward ‐ bragging rights. Both professional and backyard amateur teams will battle to win awards in a variety of cooking categories including whole hog, ribs, chicken, pulled pork, brisket, sauce and more. Want to try competition styled BBQ? Participating teams will be selling sample sized portions of their championship styled BBQ while supplies last for $1 per sample but get there early as these samples sell out quick.
The 4th Annual Atlanta BBQ Festival will be on Friday, September 14 from 4pm – 10pm AND Saturday, September 15, from 12noon – 8pm, at Atlantic Station, 20th Street at Fowler Street.
