
Want to learn how to have a taste of Murphy’s at home without having to order takeout? Register for Chef Ian Winslade’s Simple Abundance Cooking Class and he’ll show you some of his tricks. The class menu will include a Local Apple Salad with blue cheese, pecans and date vinaigrette; Soy Glazed Beef Short Ribs with root vegetables; and for dessert a caramelized apple and frangipane tart.
