The Tupac Amaru Shakur Foundation was founded by Afeni Shakur, mother of Tupac Amaru Shakur. It will celebrate its 15 anniversary at the 14th Street Playhouse with a performance from a dynamic group of young people. Hosted by Afeni, the Tupac Amaru Shakur Center for the Arts will present Hooded, the story of the injurious effects that irresponsible and hypocritical behavior can have on society.
