Starting on Monday, April 11th, FitWit trainers will be coming to Grady three times a day--in the morning, in the afternoon following school, and in the evening--to lead workout programs. It will be a six-week program, meeting four days a week until May 20th. It will be open to everyone in the Grady community--teachers, students, and community members. It will be free for students, and teachers will pay a cost that is far below the going rate for similar programs. In the past two years, FitWit has had success with similar programs at Maynard Jackson High School and Decatur High School.  Â
If you're still not sure whether you'd like to take part, there will be a free workout/preview this afternoon - Wednesday March 23 from 3:30-4:30pm. FitWit Trainers will be here after school that day to run you through a sample workout. We hope that many of you will take part in the sessions, and you will then sign up for the sessions!Â
