From Alencon to Yougal there are over 100 different types of lace, but only three main techniques - needle lace, bobbin lace, and knotted lace(tatting.) This is your chance to see all three lace-making techniques at one time and to try the different techniques yourself! Members of the Atlanta Chapter of the International Old Lacers, Inc. will be on hand to demonstrate, teach, and to answer your questions. See works in progress and finished pieces and learn where to find equipment and classes. Whether you want to learn to make lace or you'd just like to learn more about lace, you won't want to miss this fun and interesting afternoon this Saturday!
