As part two in our Non-profit Leadership Series (NLS), we will explore specific legal considerations for nonprofits. Kristen Nugent, an attorney at Hunton and Williams LLP, will cover the legal process to form a non-profit, required federal and state forms, Articles of Incorporation, and more. Ms. Nugent will also provide to time to answer non-profit legal questions based on her expertise.
