Love You Healthy

Choose between two great workouts – California style fitness or SPOGA and enjoy a great workout. These full-body workouts are taught by California Master Trainer Saidah.  Pre-registration required. 

SPOGA begins March 21:  Monday/Wednesday sessions from 6-7am; 6-7pm; and Saturday 9-10am. 

California Style Fitness begins March 22:  Tuesday/Thursday sessions from 6-7am and 6-7pm.
