Who’s Behind the Show
CAI – the Community Associations Institute – is the nation's voice for condominium, cooperative and homeowner associations. With over 17,000 members in 57 chapters throughout the U.S. and in several foreign countries, CAI advances excellence through seminars, workshops, conferences and programs.
CAI publishes the largest collection of resources on community associations, advocates community interests before legislatures, conducts research on innovations and best practices in community management, and provides networking and referral opportunities.
