This walking tour lasts 90 minutes and covers all phases of Piedmont Park’s development: forest, Walker farm, fairgrounds for the Piedmont Exposition of 1887, the Cotton States and International Exposition of 1895 and the transformation of the fairgrounds into a suburban park.
