Shakespeare in the Park: The Tempest

Shakespeare's final play and most beloved romance, The Tempest follows Prospera as she is exiled to a remote island.  After shipwrecking her enemies on her island prison by conjuring a great tempest with her magic, Prospera manipulates her fellow islanders to weave a story of revenge, retribution and reconciliation that will leave you spellbound. This production featuring Associate Artists Carolyn Cook as Prospera, Chris Kayser as the fairy Ariel, and Neal A. Ghant as Caliban.

Reserve your table or chair in a prime area - no waiting in line!  Bring your own picnic.  No outside alcohol allowed and no glass bottles. 
- $500 for a table of 6 in a prime seating area
- $20 per person for a reserved chair or reserved place for your blanket in a prime seating area
- $10 General Admission. Come to *Piedmont Park or the Georgia Shakespeare Box Office from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the morning of the show and get up to 4 FREE general admission tickets to that night's performance.  A limited number are available for each show, and they go very fast, so get here early!
*The Box Office at Piedmont Park will be located just outside the ground floor exit of the SAGE Parking Facility (directions below). 

In case of inclement weather, all paid reservations and tables will be given a voucher for another Shakespeare in the Park performance or a performance of the Summer Festival.  Please check the Web site for regular updates in case of inclement weather.
