You asked for him, and here he is! Five-time consecutive James Beard nominee, Food & Wine’s “Best New Chef,” Bravo’s Top Chef Masters contestant, Top Chef judge, multiple restaurant owner and now author, Chef Hugh Acheson of Empire State South and Five and Ten.  Chef Acheson brings his wit, quirky personality and delicious food to Simple Abundance. This class will feature cuisine from his new book, A New Turn in the South, which features 120 of his recipes. He’ll be available to personally sign your book as well as answer all your burning Top Chef questions.
