Superfoods for Life: Nature's Abundance

This class is part three of the Superfoods for Life! series.  Chef Megan McCarthy shows you how to use some of nature’s abundance to make meals that are just as delicious as they are good for you. On today's menu, she will show you how to make a Watercress Salad with Citrus Vinaigrette, Fresh and Holy Guacamole, Wild Caught Fish Tacos and Mango Sorbet.
