Swimmin' and Slimmin' at Piedmont Pool

Taught by Saidah Kinerman.  This 45 minute deep-water aerobics class gives you a complete workout without the added pressure on your body. A great workout for those with joint issues or muscle aches. This class also provides excellent muscle recovery and rejuvenation for runners! Flotation devices are provided for participants and swimming is not required.  Please RSVP.
