Fatal Stabbing In Woodruff Park Sunday Evening
The stabbing victim died on the way to the hospital.
A man is in Atlanta police custody Monday morning after witnesses say he fatally stabbed a teenager in Woodruff Park on Sunday evening.
According to WSB-TV, the stabbing occurred at approximately 10 p.m. The victim died at the hospital. Police do not believe the victim attends Georgia State University, which has a classroom building near the park.
Police have not identified the victim nor his attacker, but have said that they believe the two knew each other.
