Join LifeLine Animal Project this Saturday, Jan. 21, at the Edgewood Petco, 1267 Caroline Street in Atlanta, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., for a “Find Your Furry Soulmate” adoption event!

Sponsored by the Petco Foundation, all adopters will receive a voucher for a new pet kit from Petco containing coupons worth hundreds of dollars in savings on just about everything a new pet needs!

LifeLine’s Fulton County Pets of the Week: Chilly and Magnum

Our first Pet of the Week is a sweet and happy girl named Chilly. This young Lab mix still has lots of puppy energy, and gets so happy and excited to meet new people or go outside that she literally jumps for joy! Chilly loves to chase balls, play with doggie friends and kiss people. She will make a loving and loyal companion, so come get to know her today. If you adopt her during January, her adoption fee will be only $25, including her spay, vaccines and microchip.

Our next pet is a gentle guy named Magnum. A volunteer favorite, Magnum is often selected to leave the shelter as part of our “Dog for a Day” program, because he is such a good boy. On MLK Day, Magnum had a great time at a local park with two of our volunteers who said he was a “gentleman to everyone, including children," and he soaked up all the love they gave him on their outing.

Magnum is an active boy who LOVES tennis balls and can run as often and far as you can through. This terrific boy has been with us for several months, and is more than ready for a loving home. Magnum even comes with a PetSmart gift card that a sponsor is providing!
