Fire Breaks Out at Midtown Office Building

Firefighters were on the scene of the blaze early Monday morning. No one was inside at the time of the fire.

ATLANTA, GA — No one was inside when a Midtown office building caught fire early Monday morning, according to the Atlanta Fire Department.

The building was located on Trabert Avenue.

Crews of about 50 firefighters were employed to battle the flames, including a ladder truck.

The fire was contained to vacant office spaces, the department said, so the fire was unable to spread to other buildings and businesses.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
