ATLANTA (Sept. 3, 2014) – In celebration of September as National Biscuit Month, The Flying Biscuit Café (www.flyingbiscuit.com) announces the availability of its 20th Anniversary Cookbook, featuring recipes of Flying Biscuit fan favorites, as well as recipes submitted by its loyal fans. The cookbook is comprised of 100 recipes, including dishes submitted by customers from each of its Southeastern locations, signature Flying Biscuit Café menu items and recipes of dishes recently added to the menu.

“When we set out to develop a cookbook in honor of our 20th anniversary, it was important to us to not only feature Flying Biscuit dishes, but also include unique dishes from the customers that have supported our restaurants in our 20-year history,” says Brent Fuller, brand leader at The Flying Biscuit Café. “National Biscuit Month is the perfect time to make this cookbook available to our Flying Biscuit friends and family and we look forward to serving customers for the years ahead.”

The Flying Biscuit Café 20th Anniversary Cookbook features 100 breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert recipes that are unique and accessible for any home cook. Featured Flying Biscuit Café recipes include the Egg-Ceptional Eggs, Southern Style Biscuit Benedict and the famous Fried Green Tomatoes and Cashew Relish.

Golden Biscuit Ticket Wins Free Biscuits for One Year

As an additional token of appreciation, The Flying Biscuit Café will be awarding free biscuits for one year to one customer in each of the Flying Biscuit Café’s 13 locations. A total of 13 copies of The Flying Biscuit Café 20th Anniversary Cookbook purchased in-store will include a Golden Biscuit Ticket, awarding a year’s supply of biscuits to a lucky customer in each of the communities The Flying Biscuit Café serves.
