Formerly City Hall East, Ponce City Market Open for Business
Tenants, including residents, will move in to the newly-completed building over the course of the fall, but several stores are already open.

The Ponce City Market, a multi-use development at Ponce De Leon Avenue and Ponce De Leon Place which was formerly the Sears, Roebuck & Co. department store and City Hall East has been renovated and retail tenants are slowly but surely opening their stores on the property.
CBS Atlanta reports that art store Binders has already opened for business, but is planning a grand opening ceremony next month. Tenants such as the Suzuki School, athenahealth, and Jia Authentic Szechuan plan to open before the end of the year.
Residents of the FLATS at Ponce City Market will move in to their new homes in October.
