Forward Driven, Taylor English Duma LLP Announces Expansion, Lease Renewal

ATLANTA, Jan. 8, 2016 – Taylor English Duma LLP is pleased to announce that it has entered into a 10-year lease renewal and expansion agreement for the law firm’s space at 1600 Parkwood Circle, Atlanta, Georgia that will include a 24,000-square-foot expansion on the fifth floor of the building. Following the expansion, the firm will occupy 79,000-square feet of the six-floor Class A office building, bringing the building’s occupancy to over 85 percent.
