Four Shot at GSU Downtown Campus
The shooting started after an argument at JR Crickets, and police believe they have a suspect in custody.

ATLANTA, GA -- Four people were shot Wednesday night near Georgia State University.
One of the victims is believed to be a suspect and is in custody, reports Channel 2 Action News.
The shooting happened when an argument inside a JR Crickets restaurant spilled out onto the street. The restaurant is located at the corner of Forsyth and Poplar streets.

All of the victims were transported to Grady Memorial Hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
While he was reporting from the scene of the crime, a Channel 2 Action News reporter found a handgun covered with blood underneath a car that had driven off. He turned the weapon over to police.

Police told Fox5 Atlanta that a woman had her purse stolen at the restaurant and she allegedly threatened to come back and “shoot the place up.”
