Hi-Five Diner Opens in Former Villains Space
The new Midtown restaurant is serving some of the old sandwich shop's signature items.

The newest restaurant in Midtown opened its doors on Monday morning.
According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Hi-Five Diner opened for breakfast in the space formerly occupied by sandwich shop Villians. Villains was closed down by owner Alex Brounstein back in December so that Brounstein could convert the space to the new diner concept.
Hi-Five Diner’s menu includes breakfast, burgers, seafood, cereal, and grown-up beverages like cocktails and craft beer. Hi-Five offers breakfast all day, and lunch and dinner from 11 a.m. to their 9 p.m. close, the AJC says.

The new restaurant is maintaining Villains’ full bar, and is even serving some of its predecessor’s most popular items like the Oddjob and the Hail Nero, Atlanta InTown said in December.
