High Museum to Host Exhibition Celebrating Coke Bottle's 100th Birthday

The exhibition will feature works of art inspired by the distinctively-shaped glassware, including pop art by Andy Warhol.

An Atlanta icon celebrating its centennial will be the main attraction at the High Museum of Art’s latest exhibition.

“The Coca-Cola Bottle: An American Icon at 100” opens on Feb. 28 and runs until October, reports Atlanta InTown. The exhibition features original design drawings of the world-famous bottle, Coke bottle works of art by legends such as Andy Warhol, and an in-depth look at how the bottle has evolved since its release in 1915.

The exhibition will be held on the first two floors of the Anne Cox Chambers wing, Atlanta InTown says.
