UPDATE: Inter-Concourse Trains At Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport Working Again

Train service was suspended for over an hour due to a computer error.

UPDATE (4:20 p.m.): WSB-TV reports that after a shutdown of just more than an hour, the trains at Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport are running again.

A computer error caused the shutdown at approximately 3 p.m. Passengers were forced to walk between concourses instead of taking the train, causing serious backups on the platforms.

It will take some time to alleviate the pedestrian traffic on the platforms, so please use caution if you are or will soon be at the airport.
