Katt Williams Accused of Attacking Atlanta Women, Stealing Their Cellphones

Williams already has been accused of punching an employee of a Gainesville swimming pool supply store.

A group of Atlanta women are accusing comedian Katt Williams and his entourage of attacking them and stealing their cellphones.

Williams is already under arrest for allegedly punching a salesman in a Gainesville, GA, pool supply store, reports the AJC.

Loletha Hale, a Jonesboro-based attorney who is representing the women, says the incident happened around 2:30 am Sunday morning in Midtown, when Salena Boston and her friends saw Williams and asked to take a photo with him.

One of Boston's friends then began filming Williams, at which point Williams allegedly started fighting with the women, leading his security team to get involved. The women say Williams punched Boston and took two of their cellphones.

But according to Williams, the women were harassing him and taking photos without his permission, and snatched a chain off his neck, which started the fight.

Police arrived and handcuffed Williams but no arrests were made.

The day after, Williams was arrested in Gainesville after an employee of Leslie's Pool Supplies told police the comedian punched him. Williams was released on $5,700 bond.
