"Las Fallas" Sunday Share at Ecco

Ecco is kicking off the first Sunday Share of the year with a Spanish-style fiesta. On Sunday, March 8 at 6:30 p.m., guests are invited to gather around the table for a communal, family-style dinner inspired by the traditional Las Fallas festival in Valencia. Ecco’s culinary team will prepare a four-course dinner featuring a variety of authentic Spanish dishes. Menu highlights include bunuelos de chorizo with chorizo puffs and romesco sauce, white gazpacho with piquillo pepper relish, conejo en pepitoria with braised rabbit, lemon and egg sauce, mushrooms and thyme and refried chickpeas. The evening will conclude with crema catalana, the Spanish take on crème brulee, and pasteles de higo, dried fig and candied squash pastries. Tickets are $54.81 per guest and can be purchased here.
