LifeLine Animal Project Offering Black Friday Fee-Waived Weekend!

Do something different this Black Friday weekend! Skip the mall traffic, long lines and credit card bills, and adopt a lifetime of love! To thank you, LifeLine Animal Project will be offering fee-waived adoptions from Friday, Nov 24, to Mon, Nov 27! The adoptions are being sponsored by Zappos.com and North Shore Animal League.

Last year, we set a record with 374 animals getting adopted from our DeKalb and Fulton County Animal Services shelters! This year, we want to beat that record and see at least 380 find new homes!

All pets at all of our shelters will be fee waived and will receive their vaccines, spay/neuter and microchip, a $250 value, at no additional cost! Shelters include: DeKalb County Animal Services, 3280 Chamblee Dunwoody Road, Chamblee; Fulton County Animal Services, 860 Marietta Blvd, Atlanta; LifeLine Dog House & Kitty Motel, 129 Lake Street, Avondale Estates; and LifeLine Cat Adoption Center, 3172 E. Ponce De Leon Ave, Scottdale.

Fulton County Animal Services Pet of the Week: Obi

Our Pet of the Week is Obi, and although he is serious in his photo, don't let his poker face fool you! He is one of the silliest boys we know! In fact Obi thinks he is a tiny lap dog, and won’t hesitate to climb into yours (his happy place) when you are sitting on the floor.
