An Atlanta-based developer plans to break ground on a new luxury condominium complex across from the Woodruff Arts Center by the end of the year, Atlanta Business Chronicle reports.
John Wieland’s “One Museum Place” is a 45 unit facility with prices ranging from $800,000 to $3.3 million.
