The Fulton County Medical Examiner’s Office has identified the man who was shot and killed inside his Midtown apartment on Friday evening.

According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Kagan Williams, 39, was at home inside the Prato at Midtown apartment complex when two men wearing masks broke in attempting to rob him. Williams was shot and transported to the hospital, where he later succumbed to his wounds.
Police are attempting to find the suspects involved in Williams’ murder. Anyone with information on the crime should contact Crime Stoppers Greater Atlanta by calling 404-577-TIPS (8477), texting “CSA Tip” to CRIMES (274637), or bysubmitting a tip online. All tips can be made anonymously.
