MARTA Approves Development Around Arts Center Station

A little more than 6.2 acres will be developed around the station.

ATLANTA, GA — MARTA has approved a plan to develop about six acres of land around the Arts Center station in Midtown.

The agency's board of directors approved negotiations with Cousins-Integral Central Station on Thursday.

The site is currently part bus station, train station, parking space and undeveloped.
