MARTA police say they have arrested the man they believe is responsible for a shooting on an eastbound train near downtown over the weekend.

Erick Anthony Golphin, 30, has been arrested for the shooting at the King Memorial station at approximately 9:50 p.m. Saturday. Police tell WSB-TV that they believe Golphin and his 50-year-old victim were arguing before Golphin pulled out a gun and shot.
