Spring has officially sprung, and there’s no better way to celebrate than with gourmet comfort food expertly paired with the season’s best wines at MAX’s Wine Dive’s Spring Wine Dinner. On Wednesday, April 8, at 7:30 p.m., join MAX’s Wine Dive for a four-course tasting menu crafted by executive chef Patric Bell-Good and paired with select wines from the restaurant’s premier retail wine shop by wine sales manager Sarah Dawson. For $55 per person, embrace that spring fever and enjoy strawberry gazpacho made with mint “pesto” accompanied by a glass of Schramsberg Brut Rose, followed by crab cake with green onion sauce and a glass of Willankenzie Pinot Gris. Save room for lamb chops served with green lentils, spring vegetables and mint gremolata complemented by Amici Pinot Noir, and end the evening on a sweet note with strawberry tiramisu perfectly paired alongside Col de Salici Prosecco.
