MendenFreiman LLP Adds Wills, Trust and Estate Planning Attorney

MendenFreiman is pleased to announce that Katherine E. Polking has joined the firm as an associate. She was previously employed with Wallace Morrison & Casteel, LLP, and Roger A. Kirschenbaum, P.C.

Polking will practice in MendenFreiman’s Wills, Trusts, Estate Planning and Estate Administration group and will focus on drafting estate planning documents, including wills and trusts, as well as assisting clients through the probate process.

Polking is a member of the State Bar of Georgia’s Fiduciary Section and the Atlanta Bar Association’s Estate Planning and Probate Section. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Iowa and her law degree from the University of St. Thomas School of Law in Minneapolis.
