American Management Association is looking for call center employees for a new facility in Atlanta.

American Management Association, located in downtown Atlanta, is opening a brand‐new Call Center (Mon‐Fri, 8 am to 5 pm) and we are seeking Business Development Specialists, i.e. Outbound Business‐ to‐Business (B2B) Call Center Representatives, who will generate revenue for AMA through the sale of corporate training and memberships by initiating contact to new and prospective companies and by cultivating existing business relationships.
This position includes a competitive base salary starting day‐1; and comprehensive benefits after a paid 3‐month training/probationary trial‐period. Our competitive training program, scheduled to start on Monday, 12/1/14, will provide an excellent opportunity for approximately 16 trainees to demonstrate their desire to learn and enhance their sales skills. Annualized base salary during the training program will be $32k and will be adjusted following the training, as the employee will become eligible for benefits and commissions. Targeted compensation of an experienced Call Center Representative is approximately $50k with the realistic potential to exceed this amount.
