Midtown's Eclectic Bistro & Bar Introduces Fresh New Menu Items

Eclectic Bistro & Bar launched its latest Summer-Fall menu that features new, innovative items made fresh daily by the Eclectic chefs. The Contemporary American restaurant is best known for its made-from-scratch cuisine and wide-ranging atmosphere. Executive Chef Justin Caldarella introduced the new menu on Tuesday, September 22, 2014 that includes six new appetizers,
seven new entrées, a new dessert and several new cocktails.

During the process of revamping Eclectic’s menu, the restaurant tested many of the new dishes on the daily specials menu. “We had so many great ideas for new dishes that it became a dilemma picking what items should be featured permanently,” said chef Caldarella. “Our previous menu struggled with not having enough variety. With these new flavorful selections, guests will have more options, and this process produced an excellent dinner menu.”

The new menu now showcases the new bites and sharables like the Brandy Braised Bacon Steak: Thick-cutpremium smoked slab bacon, baby arugula, truffle citrus vinaigrette, gorgonzola, balsamic glaze, crispshallots. New entrées on the dinner menu include the Italian Chicken Schnitzel: a crispy chicken breast, layered with toasted provolone, sun-dried bruschetta, over a bed of baby arugula, and topped with a citrus truffle vinaigrette.

• Midtown Cuban
• Lump Crab Cakes

The Eclectic bar is also boasting new additions with this latest rollout, including several new cocktails and wine selections that will reflect the up-and-coming seasons. This new menu will feature the Apple Cobbler Moonshine Martini: A sweet and crisp blend of Apple pie moonshine, vanilla vodka, cinnamon agave syrup, white cuacao and caramel shaken to perfection!
