Midtown's TSW Enjoys WSB Radio McDonald's Breakfast Break

TSW received a McDonald's Breakfast Break and visit from WSB Radio's Scott Slade in recognition of the firm's commitment to clean commuting.

Midtown-based TSW, an architecture, planning and landscape architecture firm, is known for creating walkable, sustainable towns and communities. The staff practices what they preach, too! Employees are financially rewarded for taking public transportation and/or walking and cycling to work. Two of the three principals, Bill Tunnell and Tom Walsh, routinely walk to work. The company was recently honored by Georgia Commute Options for the company’s commitment to clean commuting. TSW won in the Best Overall Program category, and Alex Fite-Wassilak, TSW community planner, was recognized in the Road Warrior category for his commitment to commuting to and from work via bicycle.

WSB Radio, which weekly highlights a local business by providing a McDonald’s Breakfast Break, selected TSW for the May 15 recognition. Appropriately, May 15 is “Bicycle to Work” day. Scott Slade, host of Atlanta’s Morning News on WSB News 95.5 and AM 750, and Heidi Mason, the station’s production director, brought breakfast to the TSW staff.
