Hollywood teens: rock concert, will Transform Vinyl’s
stage into inferno
Four friends in Los Angeles joined forces with a
common goal: to find a creative outlet beyond their acting careers. They found
such a gift in writing and performing music. Together they formed The Narwhals,
made up of Dylan Minnette (singer/guitarist), Braeden Lemasters
(singer/guitarist), Zack Mendenhall (bass), and Cole Preston (drums). According
to Santa Clara reporter Stephen K. Peeples, technology makes music
collaboration easy to do.
Their original music reflects their coming-of-age
experiences filtered through a sound and musical talent mature beyond their
years. Flames are sure to spark every time the group performs hits like “Surf
Surf Don’t Drown” and “Jane Levy”. Other electrifying tunes and photos from The
Narwhals Music can be found on Sound Cloud and Instagram.
If you’re looking for some good rock music, you
should add The Narwhals’ to your list of upcoming shows. The Narwhals will be
at Vinyl at Centerstage on Saturday, June 28, 2014 featuring Justine and Kerris
Dorsey. Tickets available online via Ticketalternative.com or without ticket fees in person at the Center Stage Box Office, M-F, 11-6. Online sales end at 6pm on day of show.
