Music Midtown Returns on Sept. 17-18
The event announced its 2016 dates on Wednesday.
ATLANTA, GA -- Music Midtown announced its 2016 dates on Wednesday.
The event will be held on Sept. 17-18, at Piedmont Park, according to its Facebook page.
No lineup details have been announced.

The venue is apparently moving from a Friday-Saturday format to a Saturday-Sunday format.
Last year's event saw such acts as Sam Smith, Van Halen and Lenny Kravitz.

Music Midtown originally ran from 1994 to 2005, and returned in 2011. When it returned in 2011, it was staged as a one-day event, but moved to a two-day format in 2012.
