An east Atlanta family is counting their blessings after two trees outside their home came crashing down during Thursday’s severe weather.

According to CBS Atlanta, one of the doomed trees fell on a truck belonging to the Higginbotham family, which lives in the 500 block of Glenwood Avenue in Grant Park. The second tree came down on the home itself, destroying a back room.
