Nelson Mullins Elects Two Partners to Executive Leadership Positions

Jennifer D. Malinovsky and Michael E. Hollingsworth II have been elected to Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP's Executive Committee, the governing body of seven partners who oversee standing committees, strategic initiatives, and firm operations for the law firm.

 

Both Ms. Malinovsky and Mr. Hollingsworth have been active in Firm management positions.

Mr. Hollingsworth is managing partner of the Atlanta office and is co-head of the Firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group. He focuses on middle-market corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures. While serving on the Executive Committee, he will continue to oversee 101 attorneys and policy advisors and a support staff of 97 at the office.

Ms. Malinovsky has chaired several of the Firm's standing committees, including the Recruiting Committee and Associates Committee. She also served two years on the Firm’s Diversity Committee. She practices in the areas of healthcare, finance, and corporate law representing healthcare providers and entities with transactional, finance and regulatory matters. She also assists commercial lenders and investors with various types of financing transactions.
