New Episode of TV Show Featuring APD Homicide Detectives Airs Thursday
The latest episode of "The First 48" will air at 9 p.m. on A&E.

A popular television show which documents homicide investigations will broadcast a new episode featuring the Atlanta Police Department this week.
According to the department, the new episode of the A&E show “The First 48” will run on Thursday at 9 p.m. The latest episode will show Det. Kevin Otts and the rest of the Homicide Unit investigating the murder of a young man at an illegal after hours club.
“We are proud to showcase the excellent work of our Homicide Unit,” said Chief George Turner in a statement made lat month. “Our homicide clearance rate is consistently above the national average and viewers will see firsthand how dedicated our investigators are to solving some of the most heinous crimes in our city.”
