New LifeLine Video Features Former Vampire Diaries Actor and his Real Rescue Dog

Watch our new video about a homeless pet finding love, and meet our bouncy pet of the week.

LifeLine Animal Project recently received a wonderful gift from a group talented people who wanted to address Atlanta’s large pet homeless population and encourage adoptions. They had recently made a national commercial together, and wanting to reunite on a charitable project, they created this video about a homeless dog named Max.

The actor in the film, Jason MacDonald, used a dog (Desi) that he had actually rescued a few years ago. And Jason is not only a LifeLine supporter and animal rescuer extraordinaire, but he is also a successful actor. Jason played Grayson Gilbert on The Vampire Diaries, and has appeared on every New York-based soap opera, including As The World Turns, All My Children, The Guiding Light and One Life To Live, as well as many movies and TV shows.

Many others also donated their time, efforts, and talent to make this video including Crawford Media Services, Benjamin Franzen, Jim Bowhall, Larry Robertson, Tom Rittenhouse, Dave Wilson, John Peterson, David Jeremiah; Kelly Casting; PC&E and Changing Images.
