Nikolai's Roof 40th Anniversary Celebration: Wine Dinner

Nikolai's Roof puts the cherry on its 40th anniversary celebration by offering a a celebration wine dinner on Friday, August 26th at 7 p.m. The three course meal will be offering Seafood Ravioli, Osetra Caviar, Red Mistro Mussel Jus and Calabrian Chile Sabayon paired with 2014 Twomey Cellars Pinot Noir RRV as first course. Along with a Filet of Young Boar with a Mushroom Farce, with Chef's Garden Summer Vegetables and Summer Truffle. This course will be paired with fine bottles of the 2007 and 2012 Silver Oak Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon Alexander Valley. For Dessert the celebration will include a Georgia Peach Galette, Burnt Milk Ice Cream, with a Sherry and Honey Reduction. Entry is $80 a person and with this exquisite menu, you are bound to leave with a smile on your face.
