Oyster Patio Party

Despite what the groundhog may have said, Lure is choosing to believe spring is just around the corner! In anticipation of warmer days, Lure is kicking off patio season with an Oyster Patio Party on Saturday, February 21, from 1 to 3 p.m. Executive chef Brent Banda and his team will present an impressive spread including oyster sliders with pickled carrots and kimchi mayo, crab sandwiches on brioche with herb crème fraiche, arancini with caciocavallo cheese and amatriciana sauce and farro verde with local greens, pickled baby turnips, radishes and housemade buttermilk dressing. Throughout the afternoon, guests will enjoy three varieties of oysters perfectly paired with a selection of wine, beer and spirits.
