Park'N'Fly Confirms Security Breach, Theft of Data

Customers should closely monitor credit and debit card statements for any potentially fraudulent activity, the company warns.

A company which owns and operates several parking lots near Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport has said that some customers’ credit or debit card data may now be in the hands of identity thieves.

According to the Atlanta- Journal-Constitution, Park’N’Fly confirmed on Wednesday that a security breach had taken place with their card payment system. Park’N’Fly operates the Park’N’Fly, Park’N’Fly Plus, and Park’N’Go lots which are meant for airline passengers’ cars.

Park’N’Fly is asking its customers to watch their credit or debit card statements and credit reports for suspicious activity, and to contact credit card companies to inform them about the breach and potential consequences.

Potentially affected customers are also eligible for a year of free identity protection and identity monitoring services, paid for by Park’N’Fly.
