Party at Ponce 2015

Highly anticipated celebration marks the completed transformation of the historic Sears, Roebuck & Co. building

Following four years of historic rehabilitation and unprecedented progress, Ponce City Market proudly announces the return of Party at Ponce on Saturday, October 10, from 5 to 11 p.m. Popular folk rock duo The Indigo Girls and singer-songwriter Shawn Mullins will once again take the stage along with singer-songwriter David Ryan Harris for a series of rockin’ performances, beginning at 8 p.m.

Guests will also enjoy private access to the property’s curated retail selection. In addition, Atlanta’s finest chefs, will be on display with tastings from from 5-8p. This year’s event will showcase Atlanta area chefs returning from the 2011 event – including Chef Pano I. Karatassos, Jay Swift, Watershed, and Scott Serpas- as well as food from the vibrant community of Ponce City Market culinary artisans including James Beard Award winning and nominated chefs Anne Quatrano, Sean Brock, Hugh Acheson, Linton Hopkins, and Meherwan Irani.

This year’s performances will take place within the backdrop of the newly renovated Ponce City Market. With chefs and bars in the market hall and courtyard and a stage under the glow of the big neon sign it will be a once-in-a-lifetime event.

This year’s Party at Ponce will raise funds to benefit the Atlanta BeltLinePartnership, Georgia Organics, Atlanta Bicycle Coalition, Museum of Design Atlanta (MODA) and other initiatives of the Jamestown Charitable Foundation.
