Peay and Paradigm Wine Dinner at 4th & Swift in Old Fourth Ward
Gather in the Old Fourth Ward for a special, prix fixe dinner at 4th & Swift featuring wine pairings from Peay and Paradigm Vineyards on Monday, May 18, at 7 p.m. Upon arrival, guests will enjoy a selection of West Coast oysters served with Campari-pink peppercorn mignonette paired with a 2014 Rosé of Pinot Noir from Cep Vineyards in the bar area. Once seated, chef de cuisine Jeb Aldrich will delight guests with a four-course menu featuring brown butter poached skate wing, oven-roasted Georgia quail, Southern River Farms prime beef striploin and pistachio financiér for dessert, each course complemented by a California chardonnay, pinot noir, cabernet franc and cabernet sauvignon, respectively.
