MIDTOWN, GA — Piedmont Park Conservancy’s swimming pool remains closed. The park initially announced it would reopen over Memorial Day weekend, but the city hasn’t approved it yet. The park said they’re “hopeful” they’ll be able to open later on.

“As a City of Atlanta pool, we are waiting to hear from the City on opening decisions. In the meantime, we are anticipating different scenarios and are planning accordingly to ensure everyone’s safety. We have closed pool pass sales for the season as well. All pool pass holders will be accommodated appropriately.”
